2. Protect privacy. Don’t share names, school, address, phone number, usernames, or photos that identify someone.
3. No sexual content or explicit descriptions. Health questions are okay; graphic details are not.
4. No sharing or requesting private contact. Don’t ask people to move to DMs or other platforms.
5. No illegal, dangerous, or self-harm content. We remove content that encourages harm.
6. No medical instructions or diagnosis claims. Share what helped you, but avoid telling others what they “must” do.
7. Report concerns. If you see something unsafe, report it.

Moderators may edit, hide, or remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community.
