My hips/thighs changed and I don’t feel like myself. Is that normal?

Very normal. Puberty changes fat distribution and body shape. It can feel unfamiliar, especially with social media pressure. Focus on what helps you feel strong and comfortable: good sleep, regular meals, movement you enjoy, and clothes that fit now. If body image worries are taking over your day or affecting eating, it’s a good idea to talk to a trusted adult or health professional.
