What can I do at home and at school?

Helpful basics: heat pack, gentle movement, hydration, regular meals, and rest. Some people use over-the-counter pain relief (follow label / ask a parent/guardian). At school: keep a small kit (pads, spare underwear, pain relief if allowed, wipes). If pain is severe, new, or stops you from normal life, get medical advice.
