I have discharge in my underwear and worry it’s “bad”.

Discharge can be normal and can change across the cycle. It’s worth checking with a professional if it’s strong-smelling, itchy, painful, green/grey, or you feel unwell. Wearing breathable underwear and changing daily can help comfort.
