I sleep but still feel exhausted. Is this puberty or something else?

Puberty can affect sleep and energy, but persistent exhaustion can have many causes. Basics: consistent bedtime, less caffeine, screens off 30–60 mins before sleep, regular meals and hydration. If tiredness is severe, ongoing, or comes with dizziness/fainting, breathlessness, or feeling unwell, get medical advice.
