Acne makes me feel awful — what are realistic steps?

I get spots and feel like everyone is staring. What can I do that actually helps?

Acne is common and not your fault. Simple routine: gentle cleanser 1–2×/day, light moisturiser, don’t scrub, don’t pick. Many people improve with products containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid (start slowly). Give changes 6–8 weeks. If acne is painful, scarring, or affecting your mood, a GP/dermatology option can help a lot.
