My emotions feel too big. What can I do quickly?

Try a short reset: breathe out longer than in (in 4, out 6), name 5 things you can see, drink water, and move your body for 2 minutes. Then choose one next step: message a trusted person, take a shower, or do a simple task. If overwhelm is frequent, build a support plan with an adult.
